IAG now offers the IAG Air Oil Separator for 2017 through 2023 Ford F-150 and Raptor 3.5L EcoBoost. The IAG AOS is an excellent investment to keep your Ford running well. Our AOS design is based on years of extensive research, development and testing. It features a spacious 1-liter cast aluminum swirl pot canister that more effectively separates oil from the PCV system upstream of PCV gasses’ return to the intake system. The heated cast aluminum housing, exceptional venting, and one-of-a-kind baffle design set the IAG AOS apart from the competition. Compatible with all fuel types, our AOS prolongs engine life, enhances crankcase ventilation, and works seamlessly with standard ECU calibrations.
KEEPS OIL OUT OF THE INTAKE
Keeping oil out of the intake is crucial to preventing early mechanical problems and to maintain engine performance. This is especially important for the EcoBoost engines that are prone to oil buildup on the valves. When oil gets into the intake, it coats internal parts like the intake, intercooler, pipes and valves. This can cause premature failure of rubber or silicone hoses, which will eventually cause connections to fail. Upon reaching the intake tract, oil can directly enter the intake manifold and then the combustion chamber of the engine. Once oil reaches the combustion chamber, it can cause detonation and preignition, high emissions, smoke, decreased power, lower gas mileage and even catastrophic engine failure.
MAINTENANCE FREE
The IAG AOS is designed for maintenance-free operation. Unlike conventional catch-can systems, our Air Oil Separators do not require regular draining or upkeep. Once the system is installed, there's no additional maintenance needed. Oil that has been separated accumulates on the inner walls of the AOS canister and gradually flows down by gravity, returning to the engine's crankcase. Our special heating system prevents the collected oil from sludge buildup, ensuring it can be safely reintroduced into the engine. The large volume canister of this Air Oil Separator allows for oil to drain back gradually, eliminating the risk of overflow that smaller catch cans may pose.
HOW DOES THE AOS WORK? WHAT’S INSIDE?
The IAG Air Oil Separator incorporates a distinctive baffle system that enables the oil suspended in your engine's PCV gasses to gather and return to the crankcase. Each inlet hose is positioned on one side of the AOS canister, which helps to create a vortex of the gasses inside. As the gasses move within the vortex, they pass through a series of baffles that collect the oil, while allowing the gasses to escape from the top of the AOS. Because the OEM PCV operation is maintained, the engine draws an additional vacuum on the AOS assembly, further eliminating the PCV gasses.
MAINTAINS THE OPERATION OF THE OEM PCV SYSTEM
The IAG Air Oil Separator maintains the functionality of the OEM PCV system, while supplementing its capacity. The IAG Air Oil Separator PCV discharge gasses return to the turbo inlet, retaining the OEM PCV valve to draw additional suction, which helps to improve air oil separation. In ethanol-fueled applications, our AOS safeguards against oil dilution and lubrication issues by capturing fuel vapors from the oil and redirecting them into the intake tract for combustion. The IAG AOS provides superior protection against both oil entrainment in the intake flow and oil dilution in the engine's lubrication system compared to the OEM PCV system on its own.
HEATED TO PREVENT CONDENSATION BUILDUP
The IAG Air Oil Separator uses a unique heating system to address a common problem seen in lower-quality catch cans. As hot PCV gasses flow through a cold hose, it creates condensation inside. Over time, this condensation mixes with the oil, leading to sludge formation within the system. IAG has solved this issue by attaching the AOS to the vehicle’s cooling system. This allows heat to be transferred from the engine to the AOS. By heating the AOS body to the same temperature as the engine, the condensation and the associated buildup is greatly reduced or nearly eliminated.
EASY, PLUG AND PLAY INSTALLATION
Our engineers have created an Air Oil Separator system that is as easy to install as possible for the 2017 through 2023 Ford F-150 and Raptor 3.5L EcoBoost. We have developed and included custom injection molded fittings to connect to your Ford’s factory breather ports. These fittings are designed to be plug-and-play with the OEM breather ports, so there's no need for any modifications to the fittings.

RETURNS
IAG Off-Road Products 30 Day Return Policy
Most IAG Products are subject to a 30 Day return policy which begins on the date the product is received. IAG engines, electronics, clearance items, discontinued items, blemished items, and open box specials are not eligible for return. To verify if a product is eligible for return, please contact our support team at support@iagoffroad.com. All product returns require a return authorization number (RMA#) before being shipped back to IAG. An RMA number is obtained by calling the IAG Support Desk at 410-840-3555 or emailing support@iagoffroad.com. Items eligible for our 30 Day Return Policy may be subject to a full refund of the price originally paid once they are received back and verified to be in brand new and resellable condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping to IAG Off-Road and if free shipping was provided on the initial purchase, the customer is also responsible for reimbursement of IAG’s shipping cost to be deducted from the product refund.
If 31-60 days have passed since the product was received, IAG may consider a return with a 20% restocking fee and issuance of store credit to IAG’s webstore on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team (support@iagoffroad.com) to determine whether the product is eligible. No returns will be considered if more than 60 days have passed since the item was received.
Non-IAG Products Return Policy
-Special order and/or non-stocking items are generally not eligible for return. Some products not manufactured by IAG Off-Road may be returned at the discretion of the manufacturer. IAG Off-Road can help coordinate returns, exchanges and warranty claims of these products per the terms of the manufacturer’s policies. A minimum of 20% restocking fee is required if a non-IAG item is eligible for return. Store credit may sometimes be offered as an alternative if refund is not eligible. *Engine components, electronics (such as Cobb Accessport), clearance items and open box specials are not eligible for return.
REFUNDS
Refunds may take up to 30 days to process. Payments made by Credit Card or PayPal are returned back to the original account used during the transaction. In lieu of refunds, a store credit in the full amount of the refund can be issued immediately as a more immediate alternative. There are no cash returns; IAG will issue a business check for the return of funds. Refunds are decided by the management and not by sales staff. Canceled service appointments with deposits are non-refundable.
IAG Product Warranty
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. We limit the duration and remedies of all implied warranties, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the duration of this express limited warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts. The remedies described below are your sole and exclusive remedies and our entire liability for any breach of this limited warranty. Our liability shall under no circumstances exceed the actual amount paid by you for the product, nor shall we under any circumstances be liable for any consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages or losses, whether direct or indirect.
We're proud to offer a Lifetime Warranty on IAG manufactured parts. In the unlikely event of a structural failure excluding powder coating, we will provide free repair or replacement for life to the original purchaser.
IAG will repair any IAG manufactured product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship within the warranty period. If a repair is not possible, we will either replace your Pproduct with a new product of similar composition and price, or refund the full purchase price of your product, at our sole discretion. There is no charge for inspection but the buyer is responsible for shipping charges.
IAG I-Line imported parts offer a three-year limited warranty. In the unlikely event of a failure, we will provide free replacement parts for three years to the original purchaser. If the product is discontinued we will provide store credit in the amount of the original purchase.
