Overview
The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 3 EXP suspension system for the 2005-2022 Toyota Tacoma provides improved on- and off-road performance as well as front and rear-end lift and fitment of up to 33" tires. This system features the innovative new 2.5 EXP series coilover shocks, sway bar relocation brackets, rear add-a-leaf, and our proven 2.0 Aluminum Series nitrogen charged monotube shocks for the rear.

This Stage 3 system features the 2005-2022 Toyota Tacoma EXP Series front shock absorbers that combine the performance of a fully rebuildable 2.5-inch diameter premium shock absorber with the convenience and cost-benefits of re-using the Tacoma’s factory coil spring and other components. EXP bridges the gap between spacer lifts and threaded bodied coilovers providing 1-2” of suspension lift, custom-tuned performance and maximum travel all in an economical package.

The included sway bar relocation brackets help minimize sway bar link bind through the suspension travel range and offer’s sway bar clearance from the EXP coilovers. This helps the suspension move more freely and allows for the full range of wheel travel without overstressing any OE components.

The included ICON tubular upper control arm kit is designed to improve the overall performance of the new 2005-2022 Toyota Tacoma with corrected front-end geometry, built in additional caster, and improved suspension component clearance. Additionally replacing the OE ball joint with the serviceable ICON Delta Joint allows for full bump and droop travel of the front suspension while eliminating bind.

The rear leaf spring Add-a-Leaf kit improves ride quality by softening the rear spring rate compared to stock. This 3-leaf spring installs in place of the OE overload leaf and eliminates the aggressive ramp up in spring rate provided by the OE overload. This equates to improved ride quality and suspension performance, on and off-road, while also lifting the rear of the truck 1.5” over stock.

Rounding out the Stage 3 EXP suspension system are V.S. 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks with remote reservoirs specially tailored for the 2005-2022 Tacoma. The 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks are a high-quality upgrade for the everyday street driver and weekend warrior looking for improved on and off-road performance. Their pairing with the ICON 2.5 EXP Series front coilovers results in balanced vehicle control from front to rear and an excellent overall driving experience for your Tacoma.

UPS tracking numbers are automatically generated when a package ships and the number is sent to the email address you provided. If a package's contents is damaged during shipping please notify the shipping driver and file a claim with the shipper. You have 14 days to inspect your shipment and contents. After that period of time, IAG is no longer responsible for missing items. You have 30 days to report any damaged or incorrect items, after that period of time IAG is no longer responsible for returns or exchanges. RETURNS

IAG Off-Road Products 30 Day Return Policy

Most IAG Products are subject to a 30 Day return policy which begins on the date the product is received. IAG engines, electronics, clearance items, discontinued items, blemished items, and open box specials are not eligible for return. To verify if a product is eligible for return, please contact our support team at support@iagoffroad.com. All product returns require a return authorization number (RMA#) before being shipped back to IAG. An RMA number is obtained by calling the IAG Support Desk at 410-840-3555 or emailing support@iagoffroad.com. Items eligible for our 30 Day Return Policy may be subject to a full refund of the price originally paid once they are received back and verified to be in brand new and resellable condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping to IAG Off-Road and if free shipping was provided on the initial purchase, the customer is also responsible for reimbursement of IAG’s shipping cost to be deducted from the product refund.

If 31-60 days have passed since the product was received, IAG may consider a return with a 20% restocking fee and issuance of store credit to IAG’s webstore on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team (support@iagoffroad.com) to determine whether the product is eligible. No returns will be considered if more than 60 days have passed since the item was received.

Non-IAG Products Return Policy

-Special order and/or non-stocking items are generally not eligible for return. Some products not manufactured by IAG Off-Road may be returned at the discretion of the manufacturer. IAG Off-Road can help coordinate returns, exchanges and warranty claims of these products per the terms of the manufacturer’s policies. A minimum of 20% restocking fee is required if a non-IAG item is eligible for return. Store credit may sometimes be offered as an alternative if refund is not eligible. *Engine components, electronics (such as Cobb Accessport), clearance items and open box specials are not eligible for return.

REFUNDS

Refunds may take up to 30 days to process. Payments made by Credit Card or PayPal are returned back to the original account used during the transaction. In lieu of refunds, a store credit in the full amount of the refund can be issued immediately as a more immediate alternative. There are no cash returns; IAG will issue a business check for the return of funds. Refunds are decided by the management and not by sales staff. Canceled service appointments with deposits are non-refundable.

IAG Product Warranty

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. We limit the duration and remedies of all implied warranties, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the duration of this express limited warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts. The remedies described below are your sole and exclusive remedies and our entire liability for any breach of this limited warranty. Our liability shall under no circumstances exceed the actual amount paid by you for the product, nor shall we under any circumstances be liable for any consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages or losses, whether direct or indirect.

We're proud to offer a Lifetime Warranty on IAG manufactured parts. In the unlikely event of a structural failure excluding powder coating, we will provide free repair or replacement for life to the original purchaser.

IAG will repair any IAG manufactured product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship within the warranty period. If a repair is not possible, we will either replace your Pproduct with a new product of similar composition and price, or refund the full purchase price of your product, at our sole discretion. There is no charge for inspection but the buyer is responsible for shipping charges.

IAG I-Line imported parts offer a three-year limited warranty. In the unlikely event of a failure, we will provide free replacement parts for three years to the original purchaser. If the product is discontinued we will provide store credit in the amount of the original purchase.

Other Manufacturer Products:

Products not manufactured by IAG are subject to the individual manufacturer warranties which may apply. If you have questions concerning the fitment, appearance, or performance of your item, please contact a member of our customer support team for assistance.
