Removes Embedded Surface Contaminants
The Clay Bar is like a spa day for your car! First, start fresh with Clean Slate, the super powerful car wash soap that easily strips away old wax, sealant, and glaze and perfectly preps the surface for the next step. When glided over the surface, the Clay Bar pulls out any embedded pollution, fallout, rail dust, brake dust, overspray, and stubborn contamination from your paint, glass, and metal. The Chemical Guys Complete Clay System makes it easy to do it right - Clay Luber lays down a coat of slick lubrication between the clay bar and your paintwork to help your clay bar glide and slide without getting stuck or marring the surface.

The Complete Clay System also contains the extra soft premium microfiber towel and applicator you need to apply the products, making cleaning, decontaminating, protecting, and shining your car fast, easy, and convenient!

How To Use Complete Clay System Kit
- 1. Shake product well, then pour 1 oz of Clean Slate into 5 gallons of clean water or your foam cannon or foam gun.
- 2. Wash the surface, then dry.
- 3. Mist a 2’ x 2’ area generously with Clay Luber.
- 4. Break off ⅓ of the clay bar, form it into a patty, then gently glide it back and forth across the surface until the clay glides freely.
- 5. Buff each completed section dry with a microfiber towel and inspect the clay. If soiled, fold the clay and use a clean portion.
- 6. If you drop the clay or it becomes completely soiled, discard the clay bar and continue with a fresh piece of the clay bar.
- 7. Shake bottle of Butter Wet Wax well, then spread a thin, even coat over the surface with a premium microfiber applicator.
- 8. Buff off residue with a soft microfiber towel.

Drop Shipping: Some items require drop shipping to complete an order. These products are shipped from manufacturer or distributor warehouses across the country. Order Processing: Orders placed after 2PM EST may not be processed the same day. Order processing may take 24-48 hours. USPS orders placed after 10am EST will ship the following business day if the items are in stock
RETURNS
IAG Off-Road Products 30 Day Return Policy
Most IAG Products are subject to a 30 Day return policy which begins on the date the product is received. IAG engines, electronics, clearance items, discontinued items, blemished items, and open box specials are not eligible for return. To verify if a product is eligible for return, please contact our support team at support@iagoffroad.com. All product returns require a return authorization number (RMA#) before being shipped back to IAG. An RMA number is obtained by calling the IAG Support Desk at 410-840-3555 or emailing support@iagoffroad.com. Items eligible for our 30 Day Return Policy may be subject to a full refund of the price originally paid once they are received back and verified to be in brand new and resellable condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping to IAG Off-Road and if free shipping was provided on the initial purchase, the customer is also responsible for reimbursement of IAG’s shipping cost to be deducted from the product refund.
If 31-60 days have passed since the product was received, IAG may consider a return with a 20% restocking fee and issuance of store credit to IAG’s webstore on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team (support@iagoffroad.com) to determine whether the product is eligible. No returns will be considered if more than 60 days have passed since the item was received.
Non-IAG Products Return Policy
-Special order and/or non-stocking items are generally not eligible for return. Some products not manufactured by IAG Off-Road may be returned at the discretion of the manufacturer. IAG Off-Road can help coordinate returns, exchanges and warranty claims of these products per the terms of the manufacturer’s policies. A minimum of 20% restocking fee is required if a non-IAG item is eligible for return. Store credit may sometimes be offered as an alternative if refund is not eligible. *Engine components, electronics (such as Cobb Accessport), clearance items and open box specials are not eligible for return.
REFUNDS
Refunds may take up to 30 days to process. Payments made by Credit Card or PayPal are returned back to the original account used during the transaction. In lieu of refunds, a store credit in the full amount of the refund can be issued immediately as a more immediate alternative. There are no cash returns; IAG will issue a business check for the return of funds. Refunds are decided by the management and not by sales staff. Canceled service appointments with deposits are non-refundable.
IAG Product Warranty
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. We limit the duration and remedies of all implied warranties, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the duration of this express limited warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts. The remedies described below are your sole and exclusive remedies and our entire liability for any breach of this limited warranty. Our liability shall under no circumstances exceed the actual amount paid by you for the product, nor shall we under any circumstances be liable for any consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages or losses, whether direct or indirect.
We're proud to offer a Lifetime Warranty on IAG manufactured parts. In the unlikely event of a structural failure excluding powder coating, we will provide free repair or replacement for life to the original purchaser.
IAG will repair any IAG manufactured product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship within the warranty period. If a repair is not possible, we will either replace your Pproduct with a new product of similar composition and price, or refund the full purchase price of your product, at our sole discretion. There is no charge for inspection but the buyer is responsible for shipping charges.
IAG I-Line imported parts offer a three-year limited warranty. In the unlikely event of a failure, we will provide free replacement parts for three years to the original purchaser. If the product is discontinued we will provide store credit in the amount of the original purchase.
Other Manufacturer Products:
Products not manufactured by IAG are subject to the individual manufacturer warranties which may apply. If you have questions concerning the fitment, appearance, or performance of your item, please contact a member of our customer support team for assistance.
