COBB TUNING INTAKE SYSTEM
Once you’ve got your Accessport plugged in, you’re probably going to want even more power. The COBB Intake system is a great way to see a substantial power gain if you’ve got a 3.5L truck. Thanks to the upgraded piping and 3” mandrel bent tubing, you’ll see plenty of airflow (for power), and the silicone couplers mean you’ll have an easy installation that looks and performs better than factory. The airbox includes closed-cell foam gaskets to keep trail debris, dust, and road grime from affecting your engine. The high flow filter means your truck will be much happier with plenty of clean, cool air to help you make more power. You’ll likely notice an increase in turbo noise (if you're into that kind of thing), and you’ll definitely notice the throttle response, too!

COBB TUNING EXHAUST SYSTEM
Once you’ve gotten all that air in the system, the next thing you can do to improve your truck’s performance is upgrade your exhaust. With 50-State Legal exhaust options, COBB makes sure that you can enhance the sound of your truck, and add a little performance while you do it. Constructed from 304 stainless steel tubing, and using mandrel bends, you know you’re not going to be losing any airflow. They’ve also included a unique flex section that allows for an easy installation. That little bit of built-in give also helps to reduce stress on your truck's existing components when it’s installed, ensuring longer life and more miles of smiles. The kit includes a triple-chamber muffler with a 3” inlet and outlet to eliminate droning and keep the exhaust note crisp. COBB TUNING INTERCOOLER
When it comes to the best bang for your buck, COBB Tuning intercoolers are nearly unmatched (except maybe by that Accessport). If you’re looking for a super simple installation that eliminates the need for any trimming and cutting, the COBB Tuning factory location intercooler is the way to go. It has 70% more volume than the factory intercooler, and with 10% more cooling surface, you’ll see a noticeable difference in intake temperatures right away.

COBB TUNING TURBO-BACK EXHAUST SYSTEM
If you’re willing to take on a little bit more of a project, the COBB Tuning FMIC is the way to go. While it will take a little bit of a bumper trim to get the job done, it maintains over 90% cooling efficiency all the way up to redline. This is thanks to the additional volume and cooling surface. For reference, in testing, the stock front mount only has about 50% efficiency at redline. This means you’re leaving lots of power on the table when you’re running your truck hard, or hitting the trails on hot days.
No matter which COBB Intercooler you decide to go with, the power you’ll recover is definitely worth the time and money. There’s no bad choice with any of COBB’s intercoolers; installation is a breeze, and you’ll notice a significant increase in power. What’s more is that you can maintain full functionality of your factory adaptive cruise control with both units.
